Javorová Skála (Maple Rock) is the highest hill (723 m) of the Středočeská Pahorkatina (Middle Czech Hillycountry). It lies 8 km north of the small town Jistebnice and 15 km north-east of the town Milevsko.

The transmitter is a conspicuous feature of the top of the hill.
There are not any good conditions for views of the country due to the full-grown forest on the peak.

The green marked path leads to the top from Jistebnice or from the small village Cunkov (about 3 km). The yellow sign, which runs from the village Nadějkov, joins the green one below the hill. The road from Cunkov ends on the top as well.
