The small village Nezamyslice is situated about 8 km south of the town Horažďovice not far from the large ruins of the Rabí castle (about 5 km), 554 m a.s.l.

The three-aisled Romanesque Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary stands in the elevated place above the village. It was built in the 13th century. The nave and both aisles are arched with a Late-Gothic diamond vault from the 16th century. The present appearance originates from the beginning of the 17th century, when the church was reconstructed in the Baroque style. Only the tower with double windows has been preserved in the original style.
