Martin Bílek
Born in 1972, graduated at the Pedagogical Faculty of the South Bohemian University (majors mathematics - technical education) in České Budějovice.
The dissertation titled "Beautiful South Bohemia" available on the internet was the basis for this system. At present he works as a programmer.
He is an author and initiator of the project. He cared especially for the technical realization, design and computer processing of the photos. Besides he is an author of many pfotos. He takes majority of the creation of the English version.
