The town hall is mentioned for the first time in 1493, but after fire in 1801 it was practically built again in the Baroque style.
The most valuable building in the square is the house of the Lords of Hradec. It was rebuilt from two Gothic houses into the Renaissance style in the 16th century. Its arcade is arched with the diamond vault and the graffiti on the facade denotes tableaux from the Old Testament.
